Sunday School

Monken Hadley warmly welcomes families and values the younger members of the Church Family.

Sunday Club takes place at during the 10.30am Sunday service during term-time.

The children leave the main service and learn about a passage from the Bible and complete a craft exercise. At the end of the main service the children return and report back to the whole Church to proudly show off what they have learned.

The club is fun and engaging and the children who attend love it.

There is a play area at the back of the Church that parents with younger children can use or the Vestry is available should you require privacy.

Music Club

The Children’s Choir (Year 1 – Year 6) meets in church on Fridays from 3.20pm to 4pm during term time.

The Choir is run by Jonathan Gregory and you will learn about voice production, breathing, diction and to read music as well as making new friends through music.

Drama Club

Regular Acting Workshops that take place in the Rectory on Sunday afternoons, leading to a play in Church. There are parts to suit all levels - narrators, main characters with lines, and supporting characters.
